Delivery

What about shipping?
The shipping rates are applied per orde. The rates correspond to the delivery method. Rates (incl. VAT) are as follows: Standard delivery – €3,50

For all orders exceeding a value of €100,-, standard shipping is offered for free.

Rucanor can ship anywhere in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and Germany. We do not ship on public holidays.
 

What about delivery?
We deliver products from Monday through Friday. Standard delivery: 2- 6 days.

If you pay by credit/debit card, delivery will be within the lead time frame indicated below. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, Standard Delivery only starts delivery after receipt of your payment. This could take 5 to 7 days. We try to deliver on time to the extent this is commercially reasonable. We usually make it, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address which is a home or office address.
 

The products will be deliverd by DHL. When you are not home, DHL will offer the products once again and after that you can collect your products at the closest DHL depot. We would like to ask you to be present at the given address on the day of delivery.

Can I return my ordered products? 

When the products are damaged, you can contact our customer service department (by using the email mentioned above). They will contact you about the complaint and the possibilities for returning your products.
